This two level townhouse with its own four-person hot tub, located on the deck of the master bedroom, is an easy 0.2 mile walk to the ski lifts of Ski Beech.

You will love this cozy, tastefully decorated townhouse in the winter or summer. Upstairs on the main level you will find the living room with a woodburning fireplace, a new loveseat, and queen sleeper sofa. This level also has a half bath as well a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as High Speed Internet. The deck features a gas grill and patio table for outdoor entertaining. The view is toward the ski slopes and ski area.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath, as well as the laundry area. The master bedroom, with queen-size bed and warm goose down comforter, has sliding doors leading to a second deck with the hot tub. The second bedroom also features a queen bed. Cannot bear to leave Fido at home? You may request permission to bring a small, well-behaved dog with you. (Arrangements must be made in advance and proper deposits paid.) Townhome is centrally located to Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Lineville. This townhouse is only 0.2 mile from other available rental units for larger groups that want to be near each other.
